Everyone will have a different outcome on point gains as everyone has a different credit profile so it is really hard to say. It depends on what remains on your report and how old the negative accounts were. I would say that you should see a satisfying result, I just can't even guess at how good it may be. I have seen decent score improvements just from getting a charge off to report $0, they call that an improved account and you gain points for that.
