Denied CLI but offered card upgrade- Capital One

I hit the button on my C1 platinum and was denied an increase because my account was currently in review. I got a letter a few days later telling me to upgrade to Quicksilver, which I'm not sure I want to do. I already get 2% back on gas and groceries and 1% my other purchases. So 1.5% doesn't really make me want to upgrade. What are the chances that I'll get a CLI if I switch to Quicksilver? I'm at $1500 and want at least a $2000 CL. Any ideas of the CLI that might come with upgrading?

You can email the EO via FB for a CLI request... It worked for me when my card turned a year old.

I didn't get a CLI when I converted to QS... I started at $1000 and got a $500 Credit Steps CLI at 6 months... Then at a year I emailed the EO via FB and requested a $1500 CLI to $3000... They gave me $500 to $2000.

Getting a CLI from CapOne isn't easy... They are my oldest cards and also my lowest limit cards. They'll be the first to be cancelled when they reach 2 years of age... They don't grow with you unfortunately.
