Not really answering the question but consider going another route, esp if T-mobile is good in your area they have a hidden plan $30 for unlimited data and 100 minutes of talk. We got a MagicJack and their app works great for calls if WiFi/cell is strong enough, and if not, use the cell minutes. You just gotta buy a phone (unlocked iPhone 5S was like $200 from Amazon). It'll sure save huuuge money in the long run.
Sorry it doesn't really answer the question, just trying to save you some bank; if they're gonna finance that $800 "free" phone you'll be paying for it for sure.
I have a feeling they weigh more than just the score. My score is lower half of the 600's and I was approved with AT&T with no deposit.
Ah, yea, if you don't have any recent derogs, I think you're safe to apply.
Maybe suffer through some Straight Talk for awhile. :]
