So i paid off my loans through DOE two weeks ago. I send them a GW letter asking for my lates to be deleted. They havent updated my report to reflect that I dont owe them. I am back in school and my Pell Grant is showing the amount I owed them now paid off. It was showing my last loan to be in default. So should I wait a little while to see if they get the GW letter? I sent it 3 days ago.
