Depressed, lost about 50 points

In september, my EQ fico was in the 660 and Transunion was in 680 ish. i had a 5 year old kohls charge that had a balance. i thought by paying it i will probably gain some

points due to high utilization (219/100). settled and paid. Once the account reported, CB changed payment history and auto populated the last couple years with charge offs.

i am again now in the low 610-620s.

Anyone got contact for KOHLS executive department. please pm me.

i will appreciate any input.

Thanks

Where did you get that score from?  It might not be as bad as you think, plus it's paid/gone.  Get that GW going, hopefully someone will chime in with a good contact.  Good Luck!
