Annualcreditreport.com is the best place to get all 3 reports. Each one is free once a year.
I got the Equifax and Trans ones from MyFICO and the Experian one from Experian.
I would get the EQ and TU from annualcreditreport.com if you can. These will be directly from the CRA and are very accurate. EX should be ok.
