Trying to refinance my house, interest rate too high.  Lender said credit scores are a little low.  Haven't talked to her to elaborate just yet.  I have House, Student Loans and Credit Cards in good standing.  Paid all my collections.  There really isn't anything else I can do but wait for time to resolve scores, right?

Start sending GWs to paid collections. Find some CEOs emails. Send emails and snail mail as well.
Keep you balances below 10%. Stop applying for new credit.
Do you have mix of credit?
