Discover credit line goes from $4800 to $8800, credit score drops??

Hey guys,

Discover credit line goes from $4800 to $8800 my Equifax score goes from 707 to 696 in the process?  

My usage remains the same, under 15% used.  My Equifax scrore dropped 11 points after I was given a $4000 credit limit increase with Discover.  Why is that?

As we would be unaware of the rest of your credit profile, it would be hard to give an accurate answer without more information.

Where did you obtain the EQ score?

Maybe they did a hard pull for you to get that. Maybe you did some applications.
