Discover goodwill contact info? CEO possibly?

i recently paid off a charge off from Discover. It now shows on my credit as paid in full for less than owed. and its been nearly 6 months since ive paid it off. I would like to send goodwill letters and ask that they delete this from my credit reports. However, I am not sure where to send to get the best results?

I've also been looking for a good contact for Discover. The only address that I was able to find was POB 15316 Wilmington, DE 19850 which I found on my credit report and through Credit Karma. I sent two letters to that address and never received a response. Would be nice to have contact info for the CEO. Any update Scott?
