Dispute Inquiry

My husband received a call from our bank offering mortgage services (USAA). He decided to run his credit and they also ran mine, without my permission! I had decided against any HP until 01/2015. Our credit is still rebuilding so I knew we wouldn't qualify for any mortgage loans now. can I dispute this? Should I call USAA or dispute w/  The bureaus?? I can't believe they would do that without requesting my permission.

Re: Dispute Inquiry

They could just say you banking with them gave them permissible purpose looks like. I could be wrong. I'd talk directly to the bank first and see if they'd withdraw the inquiry. Good luck

Re: Dispute Inquiry

Send letter of dispute to USAA first CMRR demanding its removal, if they dont comply file a complaint with the CFPB.
