Back in June when I began this rebuild I disputed my Verizon CO. The dispute came back verified but the reports still says the consumer disputes this account. Is this a problem? Will this be a problem when I go to refi?
Lastly, my EQ CR still has this account flagged as delinquent even though its PIF. (In summary section on USAA 3 CR report it has 1 delinquent account - status on EQ says 120 days late but comment section says its paid). Is this an issue?

You need to goodwill the late that is holding you down It will say paid but it was 120days delinqent start wwriting GW

It's my Bs Verizon CO. It's paid but its still showing as deliquent and under dispute
Actually Duncan, if it says paid, the 120 days just shows the status it was in. As long as it says paid/closed. It will be OK.

Is it just a bug with USAA service reporting it as delinquent?
As long as it has a $0 balance or states paid. It will not factor as an account in current arrears to FICO.

Hi I have several accounts that were late or charged off that are paid and state 0 balance, but they are still negatives on my credit report. Still shows up as red flags on my fico TU and equifax reports.
They are still negative accounts because of their previous status. You need to send a GW.

The ironic thing is that my Verizon CO doesnt have a red flag on any of my CR's I get from here.
