That's because of the dispute comment. FICO is ignoring the baddie aspects of it. Sometimes the comment will linger long after the 30-45 days from the dispute. Sometimes it sticks if you keep GWing. It's artifically propping up your score and I personally wouldn't be too eager to have the comment deleted.
