I found that you can actually have items disputed by adding/removing statements on Experian Dispute Report.
I had two items that were verified by the creditors a while back and am unable to dispute without providing written statements and documents.
Today I tried adding a statement on one item and deleting a statement on another, now both items are being disputed.
and this has happened before and has worked on getting items deleted from your report.
