Dispute vs PFD for fast resolution - Transworld and State Collection Service

I'm going to need a mortgage in the next several weeks.  What's the fastest way to get something off of my credit report.  I can dispute through Credit Karma or I can try PFD.  The two agencies have little information online in forums in terms of people's experience.  Anyone have any opinions?

A dispute relates to correction of an inaccuracy in credit reporting.

Do you have an inaccuracy in what they have reported?

Additionally, any dispute is limited only to the accuracy of the identified item, and can simply be corrercted if found to be inaccurate.

Deletion is only required if the accuracy cannot be verified or the information corrected, and deletion only relates to the disputed inforamation.

If your dispute only relates to an admin item, then deletion of the entire collection would not even be at issue.

What is your anticipated basis for dispute?
