I would send them a direct dispute.  Because of the way e-Oscar works it could have been an honest oversight on their part.

However, they are required to update the TL.

I would assume that you have in writing from the OC that you paid this CO? If so just file a complaint with the CFPB against EX and include the copy that you paid this CO and that it should be verified as paid. If you have proof some person from EX not from a 3rd world country *sarcasm* will actually take care of it and update it how it should be.

I have had pretty good luck with the CFPB. I already sent the BBB a complaint. I'll do the CFPB first thing on Monday. I'll also send a 623.
