You will likely need to contact the other two yourself.

Only in special circumstances do they share information-- FA, ID theft reports, etc.

Sorry to confuse you. I meant if I sent a dispute letter to one credit bureau, do I need send the same letter to the other two credit bureaus? ...........Good news they have got the record straight and the dispute worked. I do not know if i need to start a dispute with the other two credit bureaus since they report the same information. thank you so much for your help.

Well depends, if the negatives on are on all three, then yeah you need to contact all three with the same request. But if say its on 2 but not on the other, then no of course you wouldn't have to let the one that has no record know anything until it becomes relevant.

Yes, send them the same copy that you sent that one. Just make sure you get their name right Smiley Happy

Get a copy of the lien and send a letter to the CRA and include a copy of the lien.

I would still trying sending a copy of the lien, highlighting the name and case number.

If that don't work, go to where the lien was filed and prove your wife's SS# and make them change it.
