Disputing duplicate account

When you dispute a duplicate account, does the CRA verify with the CA first or do they just keep it in-house, see that it is a duplicate and delete it?

Don't really know. I had a duplicate and it was deleted within 24 hours after I disputed it as being a duplicate.

SEEMS LIKE EX ARE GOING TO NEED THE ENTIRE 30 DAYS IN MY CASE...RIDICULOUS...THEY KNOW IT THEIR FAULT...

Oh really? That's where I have the duplicate...on EX. Maybe it is because technically they can do it within 30 days?
