Disputing old CA?

Can I dispute an old CA listed on my credit reports? They no longer own the debt, as it's been sold to the current CA that I'm paying off. I've been unsuccessfully GW'ing them but I just realized maybe I should dispute it? What would be the harm? It's set to fall off in July.

Re: Disputing old CA?

Locking this thread. The same question is asked here: http://ficoforums.myfico.com/t5/Rebuilding-Your-Credit/Can-t-Stop-Won-t-Stop/td-p/1101192

Please don't ask the same thing in more than one thread.
