Hey guys,

Anybody out there had to deal with these minions regarding junk debt collections?  How can I make them GO AWAY????!!!

How old is the debt? Is it yours? Is the debt paid or unpaid?

The debt is from 2007.  It belongs to my husband, but he isn't sure what for....the original debt may have been with Sprint.  Possibly some cancellation fees.  BUT this was not on his credit report before and it just appeared!

This happens, it's old and getting older.  I think I moved this from the mortgage threads last night, I'm not sure, but when shopping for a mortgage, these old baddies pop up.

Well, I filed several complaints; CFPA and BBB; also wrote to each CRA and sent out a Validation letter to Diversified.  This was all done in the last few days, so I do not have the results....do you all think it will go away?  I read somewhere else that this company does not care of being reported and have kept claims on peoples records regardless....??

I'm curious, you posted this in Aug of 2013. Any progress with this at all??
