Do I pay Charge-offs or Collection Agencies off first?

Which one do I pay off first to raise my credit score.  I plan on paying both of them, I'm just not  sure which ones to pay first.

I'll bump to someone more experience...but I believe the COs should come first if they are showing a CL and Balance that would avg out to more than 30% utilization.
