Do the 3 CRA talk to each other?

Question for the group? Today I was talking with my banker about my scores and future loan with their bank. She told me the CRA's can view each others information. Is this true? I was under the impression that each CRA is independent of each other. As I sat their listening to her ramble on, I got the impression she didn't know what she was talking about.

As far as I know the CRAs do not talk to one another and definitely do not have access to each others information.
