Do the comments really matter?

For whatever reason, on my EX CR, all of my accounts that were IIB show as "this account was updated from the processing of your dispute" and is driving me insane.

I only disputed one account that wouldn't update and had to send a copy of my BK petition schedule, and they updated EVERYONE as if I disputed all of them.

The status of all accounts is accurate / but has these comments.

Thoughts?

Thanks, Shogun.

I've seen some people on here bend over backwards to get these comments removed. Didn't know if should be doing the same thing.

Re: Do the comments really matter?

FYI, there should be no dispute comments if the accounts were listed as IIB. If they are listed wrong then they should be deleted or corrected!!!

Re: Do the comments really matter?

Well, I had to dispute them to get them to report as IIB.

Should this be done by calling them or online?

Re: Do the comments really matter?

They don't affect scores or automated underwriting.  Only thing would be under a manual review for larger purchases, and most often those can be explained away easily.
