Want to GW them until they delete a collection they promised they would PFD.

Any one got an email or a fax number that has worked for them?

+1 Do you have anything that states they would delete? Or was it just verbal. If it was just verbal, I would contact them again and advise them that it is a breech of an oral contract.

I sent a PFD letter alone with my check for the total amount due and they cashed the check but didn't delete the account they only updated the account to paid. The collection ended up in their office from an early termination contract for internet service with AT&T. All my ATT bills was coming to my Post Box but they have my final bill listed as going to my address where the services was received. I never used that address so I never did a forward mail. I found out about the collection this year and the account is from July 2011
