I had a checking account and secured card with BofA in 2007. Everything went well until 2009. I paid and closed the credit card account which graduated to an unsecured account. However, I negotiated a settlement on the checking account in 2011. I would like to re-establish a relationship with them and was thinking starting with a secured card may be the best method. Currently, my scores are good and I have several prime cards with $5k limits. Do you think they will bite?
