Are there Medical OC's out there that still violate by using CA's?
I tried this back in 2008 and it worked for a few and other OC's ignored it saying they had to report factual information blah blah. Does this still work or have more OC's been stricter and have a dont give a flip attitude when it comes to removing med collections via the HIPPA process?
We are not allowed to discuss this method on this credit board.

Google search it and contact its creator as stated it cant be discussed on this board.
Im sorry I didnt get that memo. Is there a reason why this cant be discussed anymore?
It's because the author of the "HIPPA Process", made claim that it is a proprietary method that he owns the sole rights to. He contacted myFICO making a claim of infringement upon his method. It is for this reason, and no internal reason of myFICO itself, that it has been a tabboo subject.
It is also an interpretation of statute, not a specific provsion of HIPAA, and is not supported by any precedential case law.
Aside, even in the broadest interpretations of HIPAA, I have never seen an assertion that a medical OC violates HIPAA by merely using a debt collector.
Worked for me this year.

Feel free to google the subject. As previously mentioned, we cannot discuss the steps on myFICO
