Don't do it! haha

So, nothing has made me more incredibly mad than refreshing my 3B before new accounts start to report on my CRAs. I've done this twice now on credit check total lol. I get the notification that a new account appears on Experian and then i go and refresh my 3B only to find out that Equifax and Transunion are not reporting the new account. 1 of my two cards now appear on all three CRAs and it has been SO incredibly hard not to pay $40 for a refresh instead of waiting for my free refresh which is TWENTY TWO days away.

I just so want to see myself having 600 FICOs across the board. Here is to hoping I'm not the only one struggling with this haha

Re: Don't do it! haha

What I do is keep CK on the side because they report EQ and TU. When I know something is being updated or reporting near the time I can refresh all 3 on CCT, I wait to get the update on my CK first for both. Then I go ahesd with the pull.

Another trick is right from CCT or other sites, you can act as if you.are filing a dispute with any bureau. When you do this it actually allows you to see the most updated info from your live reports. You can see if it reported yet there. This is also how I track my soft pulls monthly.

Re: Don't do it! haha

I use CK as well. Unfortunately CCT updates much faster than CK for me at least.

I'm trying to figure out how to use this trick on CCT but when I click on an item to file a dispute it simply redirects me to one of the CRAs websites.

Also, CCT just let me know that my 2nd card is now reporting on two CRA's, they know I'm itching to refresh haha

Re: Don't do it! haha

CCT updates almost faster than most. Yes, you would have to waot a few extra days for CK to update sometimes.

When you go to the website of the CRA you begin the dispute amd once you've gotten past putting in your info and ready to begin, any info it shows you is from your current credit report.

PM me if you.need more help.

It's a daily struggle for me!  I'm already spending too much money on monitoring.  MUST BE PATIENT!  lol

Re: Don't do it! haha

Actually, today is an enormous struggle as my CK EQ score went up 69 points!  The only thing holding me back is that I don't want to be disappointed that my fico EQ probably hasn't budged.

Re: Don't do it! haha

Yea those CK scores are so deceptively shady...all of my FICO scores are 50-70 points higher than CK's scores

Re: Don't do it! haha

Certainly understandable when you know the score isn't accurate. Although, it may be reasonable to think your Fico went up though, if the CK jumped that much. Not guaranteed, but possible.
