Thanks! Mine was unreturned equipment (RCN Cable) which I had returned (very late though), so I just begged and pleaded with the CSR Supervisor over the phone until she said that she'll send a request to delete 
I wasn't initially offered the free return label that they provide for customers outside of 10 miles (or some distance like that) from their return location, so I blamed it on their office closing at 6pm (closed on weekends) and me not being able to leave work until 5.30pm, so I could have never made it to the return location in time...
