Recently I sent a GW request to ELAN's CR dispute dept (via fax). Shortly after I got a seemingly canned response that I should not contact them and there is nothing they can do for me with regard to reporting of their tradeline on my CR... Anyone here have insight into who to contact from ELAN that might be able to assist? The derog info is slated to fall off by end of this year anyhow so worst case it just ages off. I'm ideally wanting to try and keep the TL on the reports but as a positive if it's at all possible (at least 2 of my reports only have it negative due to charge off/transferred status). All reports show it as a $0 balance at this point.
