Could someone send me the contact info for ERC as well? 

I have called them numerous times for a PFD and every person I speak with says they will not PFD.  I sent a PFD letter last week to the address listed on their settlement offer and haven't heard anything back.  I know it's too soon to say they won't respond to it; I would like to have a contact available if they say no again.

Hello all,

     I emailed a GW letter to ERC (it was paid in full) and they deleted.  I can't post the e-mail address here on the forum... But if you go to their website, click on the "contact us"  tab, then scroll down there is a contact email below "complaint resolution contact" (hint hint)...it worked like a charm for me!
