Well I am SUPER excited!  I sent a GW letter via email and asked for 1 account to be deleted and I received an email Friday and I actually had 2 accounts with them and they were BOTH deleted!  I had paid these accounts off in August and they DELETED BOTH!!!!  WOOOHOOOO!!!!!

where did you email the goodwill letter to? i have only 1 collection left on my report and it's with erc. i settled with less than amount owed so i don't know if i could still goodwill them or not. ;(

When I dealt with them, I found them to very nice and friendly to the removal. My account was also a paid account.

Hi Martha and others,

Can you please send me the contact info that you have for ERC? I have GW'd til I am blue in the face and I gave up. My account is paid off and has been for about two years now and it would be good to get it removed. I have only two to go this ERC one and BCR. They have been the stubborn ones for me.
