Hello all!
Well I was successful in getting a credit limit increase through the EO of capital one, however I failed in asking them for a goodwill in removing a 90-60-30 from 2011.
What is the next step I should take? I asked him if it was possible that only the 90 day late be taken away but he said no as they have to send accurate reports.
Any help and suggestions are welcome!
