Would it be possible to receive the EOS contact info as well as the best method to remove a collection from there agency? I did not know I owed AT&T until I checked my credit report. I can still pay AT&T, directly, for a few more weeks but the account has been transferred to EOS. I have been told, by AT&T, that once the finally payment is received the trade line will be deleted. However, AT&T refuses to send me anything in writing. Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks in advance for all your help. This forum rocks!

THANK YOU!
letter sent... now we wait.
Can I ask the people who did have to pay what exactly happened?
Did they email you back and give you some kind of instructions to pay them? How did you pay them? (over the phone, paypal. mail a check?)
