Hello,
I have an old AT&T cell phone bill trying to be collected by EOS-CCA, I sent them a DV letter and they responded 3 months later with a copy of my at&t bill reflecting the balance owed, this cell phone account was back in 10/2007....What steps should I take now , I tried looking up SOL's on cell phone bills are 2 yerars..I live in Illinois and they are the only major hurdle from me getting my home loan. Any help would be appreciated!!
