EOS CCA PDF Success!

Reading this forum a lot. Thought I could share this story.

Had this $8XX ATT bill for about 4 years.  

05/2013      Disputed the account with CRA's, came back valid

06/2013       Send DV to CA. Got nothing.

06/2013       Send couple letters to couple people in EOS CCA (info provided by Man VS Credit owner Scott), got nothing. At the end of month, a hard inquiry appread on Credit reports by EOS CCA.

07/2013        Send the PDF letter to company, got nohting.

07/29/2013   make a phone call. Somebody in Toronto Office picked upi the phone.

                  Agent:   This is XXX, this converstion will recorded for training purposes blah blah blah.....   Can I help you

                  X-man:  I wanna talk the supervisor. Can you transfer me over?

                  Agent:   I think I can help you. What is this about?

                  X-man:  Do you do pay for delete?

                  Agent:   "blah blah   ......"  (it was not clear). 

                  X-man:  Do you do Pay for delete? I wanna talk supervisor. 

                  Agent:   In a while, yes we do. 

                  X-man:  account number 

                  agent: .....

                  ..... 

                  .....  

                  .....

                  X-man:  made the payment(Half of the amount) on phone. send an agreement by fax. Got a deletion letter next day.

08/12/2013   Pulled the Experian. The collection account is gone. Score jumped 30 points. 

Hope this will be an encouragement for EOS CCAmates.

Congratz!  I'm working on them now.

They didn't respond to my TX DV either.  I filed complants with every agency I could.  We'll see what happens.
