I wanted to say thank you for all the advice that everyone post on this community. I had an old AT&T bill that was $1400, I emailed to EOS asking for validation, when they sent the validation I emailed them on April 15th with PFD letter and offered to pay 30% of the debt, on April 22nd I received a settlement letter of the 30% to settle the debt, I called them to make the payment and they waived the $7 credit card charge processing charge, the same night I sent them another email asking if they could please delete the record and report to all three reporting bureau yesterday May 1, I received a lettter dated April 25th that the account is closed and they have notified three reporting agency to delete the account frim their records.
So i appreciate all the post and advice in here.
