I'm not gonna lie, I went the untraditional way for eos cca, I called them up and set up the pfd over the phone, my payment to them is that I setup for the pfd is going to be paid Friday, but their tradeline on ny credit was deleted yesterday, 3 whole days before I even made a payment! I doubt this is normal by any means, but hey, they record all their calls, which you can use against them if they decide not to delete.
