Does anyone have a solid contact within EOS-CCA that I can use to attempt a pay for delete?

 

I have sent snail mail, called, but I am not have a lot of luck.. was wondering if anyone has anything else to offer?

EOS-CCA are a real pain to deal with. I am dealing with them now trying to get a Sprint PCS bill removed. I HAVE NEVER HAD A SPRINT PHONE! I am just trying to PFD them to get it off my CR. I have just been calling the main number with no avail. If anyone has any better options please PM them to me as well. I also sent one snail mail and have gotten no response.

Starting Score: (lender pulled on 4/6/11) EXP 625 TU 615 EQ 586
Current Score: (lender pulled 5/11/2011) EXP 658 TU 667 EQ 641
Goal Score: minimum 700 with all 3 bureaus

I have 2 recent email addresses, less than 2 weeks old I used for a removal if you want them..

thanks scott, i definitely want them...what was the situation you had where you got them removed?  how did you communitcate it to them via email?

Initially it was a PFD request -- but I got a letter back from them a week later (via USPS) that the accounts were given back to the OC as they deemed them uncollectable, and will send a request to have the information deleted from the CRA's

 

3 days later it fell off all reports..
