EOS cca and equifax

After receiving my deletion letter from EOS via email contacts and BBB the eps CCA acct has been deleted from trans and ex but EQ is reporting it as paid. Does it usually take equifax longer to make changes? Or do I need to take further action?

In my experience, it takes EQ forever!!!!!

Really? But if the ca told them to delete, they will delete right?  Forever...like.....longer than 30 days?

I've seen them say up to 45 before!

Well that's no good. I'm in the process of purchasing a home and ofcouse EQ is my mid score. It dropped 30points because of this mess. My LO is moving forwards with our loan because I sent him the letter of deletion but I need the acct to actually be gone within the next 30 days. I think with the letter my LO can do a rapid restore.

for me, TU takes longer in general...

But for EOS CCA, EQ did in fact take longer..

I would hold off on doing a rapid rescore until its absolutely needed, because I think it will come off in the next week or so..

Scott maybe you can shed some more light......as I looked closer at my EQ report, I noticed that there are dispute comments underneath the EOS CCA info. Could that have something to do with why it hasn't deleted? I never disputed this acct. there were dispute comments on trans too but I had those removed weeks ago. I just think that it is strange that the acct went from having a balance to being reported as paid on the same day that trans and ex deleted.
