EQ CR not showing entire account #

I'm trying to send out a GW to CPA for 2 paid collections.

However, I can't referrence the account number, as the CR shows something like this: 143893XXXXX

Since when did they start to NOT include all of the account number for disputing or other purposes?

Just dug through ALL my old CRs and found ones from TU that list the entire account #.
