Im at the point where I can pretty much not do too much with my 3 major CRA (EQ, EX and TU). Im now trying to make sure that all other possible sources of negative information are cleaned. I just ordered my copy of my Chex Systems file to see if anything is on there and to take care of it if there is.
What other sources of possible information should I check? Im going to still keep up my GW on my other accounts but want to make sure everything is scrubbed as best I can get it for refi in 6 months.

To the other poster, Lexis Nexis is a legal service (they have online caselaw database and maintain a database for judgments and the like). Westlaw also has one. I have no judgments, liens, bks. I do have one fictional eviction from 2000 that is still on there. Been trying to get it removed but its a pain. Really doesnt show up unless you do some serious digging and research and will not come up in a mortgage app (I just dont like the thing out there as it is completely false).
The apartment complex has agreed with me but getting it removed is another matter as its in a different state and I cant just walk down to the courthouse. Maybe next time Im around DC I'll stop by MD and take care of it.
