So up until yesterday I only had one negative item on my reports, a collection item from Comcast sitting on EQ. The collection item was set to fall off in October and I have tried on numerous ocassions to get it taken off my EQ report but have always been shot down. Been told that I can request a month early. So the last day of June, I figured I will try again and this time I asked for a supervisor who told me that it is their policy not to remove items early. I thanked her and then ended the call. Pull my EQ report on 7/1 and low and behold it was removed!!! Not sure what happened, but I sure hope it stays off.
