EQ Reported Judgement Unpaid for 4 years! And Disputed....

Folks,

Question, I had a judgment on my report for 4 years and I didnt know until I disputed it lately... the judgment was paid in full and vacated. Anyway, after dispute, EQ just updated my public record as "Satisfied Judgment" when they were reporting it as Judgment for the entire 4 years... isn't this a ground for them to delete because it was a wrong information?

Thanks!

If it was truly vacated, it should not be reporting. Vacated is like it never existed.

Previously inaccurate reporting that has been corrected isn't grounds for deletion.

Get a letter from the clerk of the court stating that it was vacated and send it off to equifax.
