EQ question

I paid my Cap one card begining of April in full. So I was at 95% util and paid it to 0%. My current balance is $30. But my latest report from EQ itself still show a balance of $1010 representing the 95% util still to this day.

 

It has been 60 days since I paid it off. My current util is 2.7 % ( has been for the 5 weeks. I called Cap one and they confirmed that they have sent an update to the credit bureaus last month. EQ says nothing from Cap one, so cap one sent another one to them about 2 weeks ago to corrent the info. For the other 2 CB's they balance is correct. Noly EQ seems to be taking a long time and supposedly not receiving anything from Cap One. At this point, Cap one thins I'm a lunatic since I ahve called them 4 times on the same issue. I have never had this problem before with EQ. What should I do ??
