Re: ESCALLATE called and offered a pay for delete settlement.

Hello I know this is a pretty old thread but I'm here new to the forums. I have a couple of medical bills that have went to collections. One with Escallate and two with Revenue Recovery CO. I was wondering if anyone have the email addresses to either one of these companies? I really want to dispute this hospital bills, I am now in a position to pay them off finally.

Re: ESCALLATE called and offered a pay for delete settlement.

I had an account go to escallate once....i disputed it...disputed the validity of the balance as well with the company and filed a BBB complaint against the original creditor (CI Host) and Escalatte immediately removed it from my credit report.

This was about 6 months ago as well.  The kicker was the original creditor didn't even have my social....unfortunately you don't need that much...just enough to establish a likeness.

Anyways if the debts are in question i think you'd have a good chance with a dispute + BBB complaint.  Otherwise this is just another story about the Collections agency.
