I mostly hang out in the auto loan forum, but hey there everyone!
So I've come here to see if someone has contact info for EX's exec office?
Back story: As usual, EX front line at best is unhelpful and at worst is rude. They're working on something currently and tell me to wait a week. I'll wait the week, but it won't help much and I predict no results. Anyone have EO office contact info for use later this week?
I mean if it's this hard for me to get my issue corrected, I feel really sorry for anyone who has to deal with EX on a bigger issue that is much more seriously affecting their ability to get credit/insurance/a job/something. These agencies are literally a nightmare from hell.
