Last night I did an online dispute with EX for a couple old collections that had been paid long ago. I did this around 9PM and I had a results email of my dispute that came through at 1AM....the results were vague but said items remain. Now tell me how in the heck would they have investigated these items in 4 hours with results?? I'm completely confused, oh and my score went down 8 points!!
