Never known a successful pfd on a co. They'll update the line to paid, or settled for less, making it look fresh to fico.

For the medicals, are they paid? If so, just ask the OC to please remove them. If not, google HIPAA.

Just keep in mind that the first contact will most likely be a NO, unless you're lucky as hell, but keep bothering them, as it only takes one YES.
