Early Exclusion with Equifax

Hello guys and gals. I have an unpaid judgement on my Equifax report that is supposed to fall off on August of this year, 2015.

I was reading that the Statue of Limitation in my state, New York, is 6 years. The creditor is Capital One. I have a credit card from them and seems like even they have put this behind.. I mean, they wouldn't even have given me a credit card if they still had this in their system.. or am I wrong?

It is the only baddie that I have on my report. I was thinking about asking for an early exclusion and was wondering what is the likelyhood of me being successful..

I would try and call and ask...They have told me 4 times now NO  I have 7 things to age off by June..hahah  Good luck, and please let me know if you have any luck.
