Early deletion

I have a collection from BOA that is scheduled to fall off in August 2015. Called Experian to request early exclusion and then rep declined my request Smiley Sad She stated the earliest they can delete is 1 month Smiley Frustrated and I have to wait until July to request it. I know thats untrue. Should I call back hoping to get a different rep or should I try submitting it online for better results.. The debt has alsobeen sold to Midland but bcus its so darn old they cant do anything about it. I was relaly hoping Ex would delete a bit early.

How many time would you all request  something over the phone.

Re: Early deletion

You can try and get someone else, with EX & EQ its pretty much known 3 months in advance is the most they will go, TU has been known to do so 6 months out.
