called experien looking for 2 early exclusions on items that were included in my bk 4 years ago but are reaching the 7 year time limit. The lady told me since these things were included in my bk file when they do come off it won't increase my score. Once she told me that I didn't push the issue. Now I'm thinking is this even true.
